Journal Entry #10

I had never thought it possible! Wellington has utterly defeated me. I, Napoleon, the most powerful leader in history, has been bested by a mere Englishman. I had never expected anyone to use my own tactics against me. Over 33,000 of my men have been slaughtered in this fruitless war. This loss has been disastrous for me. I know that after losing another battle my people will never want me back again. I shall never again be allowed to live in my grand city of Paris. They are planning on exiling me to the tiny island of St. Helena, a miserable place. France will not be the same without me.
