Today I heard from my most trusted advisor that a few measly nations are planning an attack on me. Wellington thinks he can take me on? Bah! Puny flies. They shall be no match for the might of my French empire. I have amassed 125,000 of my best men to the Belgian border. I am sure that they will have little difficulty stopping these offenders.
